Select again this tool to represent a flare on the lowest part of the apple that should have the color CFD0DC.

Merge down in a group all the layers composing the apple and the leaf.
Make a copy of the group and select Free Transform option to turn around the group, changing also the parameters with those indicated here:
The large flare on the upper part of the apple:
Mark out the group’s copy and set the Opacity on 30%.
